Welcome to our Christmas Services

A big Merry Christmas from all at Parramatta Baptist Church! We are thankful you have chosen to celebrate Christmas with us this year, in a year where much has changed. You will find both our Carols Service and our Christmas Eve/Day Services below. We trust they encourage you, and we warmly invite you to reach out and say hi if you are new here.

Carols Service

Still available ONLINE!

This fun, carol filled service with a message of hope is still available to watch here. Suitable for all ages, we encourage you to invite and gather in homes or backyards for a meal and to enjoy singing all your favourite Christmas carols together!

Christmas Services

This year’s Christmas Service will be available online from 5pm Christmas Eve (December 24). Again, we would love for you to gather with friends, neighbours and family in your homes to celebrate, sing and be uplifted by our Christmas service.  You will be able to access the service through this webpage or directly from our YouTube channel.

Please note that there will NOT be an online service or Gatherings on Sunday 27 December

Christmas Giving

As part of celebrating Christmas as a church community, we believe in being generous beyond our immediate circle of friends and family. Thank you to all those who have already helped contribute to our Christmas gifts for the homeless in Parramatta and to our Christmas Food Hampers for those in need of some extra Christmas love this year. Beyond this practical local projects, we have chosen to direct our Christmas Giving to Baptist World Aid in two ways:

1. Purchasing a Big Hearted Gift

These are gifts that make a difference by supporting families in need in some of the poorest communities around the world. You can ask to receive one as your gift this year from friends and family, or you can also purchase one of these gifts on behalf of somebody. The physical big hearted gift cards will be available for purchase at our Sunday onsite Gatherings on December 6 and 13.

2. Giving towards disaster relief

Giving towards the Baptist World Aid Disaster Relief Fund will help the rebuilding of lives in places like Lebanon, Bangladesh, Kenya, Malawi and Nepal.
