The events that surround and lead up to the death of Jesus are both profoundly moving and life-changing. Thank you for engaging with this service as we seek to pause, reflect, mourn, celebrate, think and worship Him who would lay down His life for us.
Before you begin, be aware that taking communion from wherever you are is part of this service. Please have some communion elements ready (bread and juice, or equivalent) to celebrate the Lord’s Supper with us.
If we were experiencing this service together live, we would have our auditorium lights low. Completely optional of course, but to enjoy the full experience as intended we suggest doing similar from where you are.
Lastly, spend a moment in prayer as you begin. Welcome the presence of God right where you are. Ask that God would reveal the full extent of His love and mercy to you afresh.
Thank you for engaging with our ‘Journey to the cross’ experience.
Our prayer is that over this Easter weekend, you would come to know the radical depths of God’s love for you.
If you have had an experience with God through this service, we would love to hear about it.
If there are ways we can be praying for you coming out of this service, please let us know.
If you want to explore Jesus and faith more, we would be delighted to do that alongside you.
Simply contact any of the pastoral team through the church office.
Our Easter Weekend continues with our Good Friday service which you can access below.
