Church Online

Welcome to this week’s online worship experience.

New Season, New Series, New Opportunities

Many of our old habits, rhythms, structures and way of life been disrupted over the past few months. That might not neccessarily be a bad thing. For in this disruption, there is opportunity to pause and reflect. To listen and learn. To rebuild our new normal to more greatly align with the counter-cultural life of faith in Jesus.

Today we begin a new series called ‘Living a Different Story.’ Our heart is that this series will help position each of us to make the most of the soft reset many of us have experienced over the past few months, and inspire us afresh to consider how our “new normal” might look more like living in the Kingdom of God

Alongside this series, our ‘Moving Forward Together’ survey will help deeper personal reflection on the past few months. There are also questions in there directed about our church and activities going forward, which we would greatly appreciate you taking the time to thoughtfully fill in and return to us.

The survey is available through the link below. Thank you for taking the time to work through it, and we trust it will be an exercise that blesses you as you do.

Church Gatherings as restrictions ease

We have been encouraged hearing about and seeing the photos of groups gathering together to watch church online. Keep doing so! And if you aren’t sure who to invite or would like to join a group, contact Steve at: stephen@parramattabaptist.com

From next weekend (5th July) we will begin hosting gatherings of up to 50 people in our main auditorium to watch church online at 8:45am, 10:45am and 5:30pm.

Each gathering will comply with physical distancing, hand sanitising and there will be no singing, no shared food or drink and no touching shared objects. People will wipe down their own chair upon leaving. And of course, it you are unwell, remain at home.

A short video on what the gatherings will look like can be viewed below. Registration is via the form linked underneath the video.

We would LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU! Use the form to say hi, ask for prayer or to let us know where you're watching from or what you enjoyed in today's service.
