This term at Kid’s Church
Over the last few weeks we have looked at these great examples from the Bible who reminded us of what is important in our friendship with God. You might ask your kids what they remember about each character.
Samuel
The importance of listening to God
David
To love God with all our heart and to Honour God by putting God as number 1 in our actions and words
Solomon
Seeking God, looking to him for help
Josiah
To obey God because we love Him
Jehoshaphat
To praise and worship God

Memory Verses
As part of Kid’s Church this term, we’ve been learning to lock some memory verses into our hearts and minds. We encourage you to see what your child has locked away. Here are our verses:
Matthew 22:37
Jesus replied: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”
Reveleation 3:20
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
Jeremiah 29:13
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
