PBC women creates opportunities for different generations of women to come together to encourage one another and to invite those who don’t yet know Jesus. We host quality retreats and events so that you can always feel confident to invite a friend. Whilst being relational and fun, our events also seek to make a difference as we respond practically to social justice issues and other issues affecting women. Keep an eye on our upcoming events page for our next PBC women’s event.
Throughout the year we run periodic men’s events designed to encourage, equip and connect men. These events are open to men from within PBC and from the wider community. Men’s events run in the past have included meals with guest speakers and seminars on topics relevant to men.
Seniors meet bi-monthly on Wednesdays at the church. Talks, games and other relational activities are always followed by lunch. These gatherings are a great way to encourage each other, meet new friends and invite new friends. To find out about the next event, contact Gaye Bourne 9613 8640.
House of prayer
House of Prayer is our weekly prayer gathering, that happens 7:00pm on Tuesday nights. It is an opportunity to pray for our world, our church, our missionaries and our mission partners. It is also an opportunity to pray specifically for individuals and for upcoming events or decisions in the life of our church.
Each year PBC holds an Art Installation where members of the congregation use and exhibit their creative gifts based on a chosen theme. The Art Installation is open to everyone in the congregation to contribute toward. By using the creative gifts that God has given you, how would you represent this year’s theme through art, poetry, sculpture, photography, writing, drawing, video or music? Think beyond butterflies to changed lives, transformed hearts, light over darkness and God’s transforming love changing the world.
For this year’s theme, head to our upcoming events or reach out to Jo at 9630 3515 or firstname.lastname@example.org
