Kindergarten – Year 4
Kids church runs at both the 8.45am and 10.45am Sunday services during school terms. At Kids Church, we will introduce the children to the person and teachings of Jesus through the Bible in a fun and engaging environment. Our desire is to help nurture and grow their worship and relationship with God who loves them.
There is a preschool group for children 3-5 years old, and a primary school group for children in kindergarten to year 4 at school. On Sundays Sunday Morning Youth Group (SMYGs) runs for children in year 5 & 6, click here for more information about SMYGs.
Under 3 year olds
Livewires is for under 3 year olds which runs at the same time as Kids Church during the 8.45am and 10.45am services on Sunday. When kids go out to Kids Church, parents can bring their under 3’s to the Child Care Centre and sign them in to be supervised by carers in a child-safe environment.
During school holidays (when Kids Church is in recess) Livewires runs for children aged 0-4years of age.
Birth to school age
Playtime is for children from birth to school-age and their parent or carer. Our Playtimes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00am-12:00pm in the church auditorium. The aim of playtime is to provide support for parents and fun socialising activities for kids within a caring environment. Activities for children include craft, games, singing, story times and interactive play. For adults there is time to connect and talk together over morning tea. Registration is essential to secure your spot.
KID’S HOLIDAY PROGRAM
Kindergarten – year 6
Our Holiday program runs across four days for school aged kids (ages 5-12). It is a wonderful experience for kids to learn more about the love God has for them and is a fun-filled week that that culminates in a celebration at the end of the week for the kids and their families to enjoy. Cool crafts, challenges, games, dramas, songs, bible stories and much much more…
Watch this space for registrations!
Throughout the year we run special children and family events designed to help equip families to nurture faith in their children. Keep an eye on our upcoming events for things such as Kids’ Church run fundraisers, Playtime fun days, family Christmas Carols as well as Kids’ Church graduations.
