This Sunday Reuben continues our short series that takes us back to the image of the "table". The scriptures speak of us as "family" and "the body of Christ", metaphors that remind us that we belong not only to God, but to one another.

This series takes us back to the image of the "table". Over Easter, our perspective of the table was that it is a place where we meet with Jesus. Now our perspective shifts to seeing the table as the place where we meet with one another. The scriptures speak of us as "family" and "the body of Christ", metaphors that remind us that we belong not only to God, but to one another.
